This Cheeseburger Soup is so easy to make in the crockpot. It is full of crunchy croutons and cheesy rich soup, perfect for a cold night.

For this recipe you need: -Ground beef -Diced carrots -Diced potatoes -Diced celery -Diced onion -Chicken broth -Cheddar cheese -Milk or cream -All-purpose flour -Unsalted butter -Garlic powder -Dried parsley -Basil -Salt -Pepper

STEP 1

First, put potatoes, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, garlic, and basil in a crockpot. Add broth, cover, and cook for 7 hours on low or 4 hours on high.

About an hour before serving, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat. Drain grease and add meat to the crockpot.

Next, melt butter in a skillet. Then, whisk in the flour and cook until brown and bubbly. Whisk in the milk, salt, and pepper.
