Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Meatballs

With just a handful of ingredients you may already have, this appetizer is easy to make, letting it cook slowly in sauce all day for extreme flavor.

Here's What You Need

To make Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Meatballs, you need: -Ground chicken -Large egg -Garlic powder -Onion powder -Canola oil -Ground flaxseed -Smoked paprika -Buffalo sauce -Kosher salt

STEP 1

First, mix the ground chicken, beaten egg, onion and garlic powder, paprika, oil, flaxseeds, and salt in a large bowl. 

STEP 2

Next, roll the meat into balls or use a cookie scoop to make 2-inch balls. Set them on a plate covered with parchment paper and then put them aside. 

STEP 3

Heat a nonstick pan or a skillet with the oil on medium heat. Cook the meatballs on medium for about 1 or 2 minutes until they are brown on all sides. 

STEP 4

Pour half the buffalo sauce into your slow cooker and put the meatballs into the cooker as they finish. After pour the rest of the buffalo sauce on top. 

STEP 5

Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 6 to 7 hours. You could also use a Dutch oven and cook it on the stove set on medium low heat for about 45 minutes to an hour. Garnish and serve with your favorite dressing.
