Serve this delicious but healthy egg dish for breakfast or brunch anytime. It is fast, easy, and serves a crowd.

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Pie crust -Diced green onions -Shredded cheddar cheese -Shredded parmesan cheese -Ricotta cheese -Half and half -Eggs -Chopped broccoli florets -Diced zucchini -Diced red bell pepper -Salt -Pepper -Olive oil

STEP 1

First, preheat oven to 450 F, roll out dough, place it in the prepared pan, and poke holes in the bottom with a fork. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes.

STEP 2

Now, turn oven to 375 degrees F and saute veggies over medium-high heat. They should be softened but still crisp.

STEP 3

Next, beat the eggs, half and  half, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until completely mixed.

STEP 4

Then, add the green onions, ricotta, and shredded cheeses and stir it to combine well. 

STEP 5 

After, pour the egg mixture on top of the baked crust. Then, add the sauteed veggies and spread evenly over the surface.

STEP 6 

Last, bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until the crust is light brown. Let it stand for 5 minutes before serving.
