Whether you are making lunch, dinner, or a snack, these Salmon Patties are delicious and healthy. And the kids will even love them!

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Salmon -Cooking oil -Chopped green onions -Minced garlic -Lemon zest and juice -Mayonnaise -Large eggs -Panko bread crumbs -Italian herbs seasoning -Grated fresh ginger -Paprika -Parsley -Salt -Black pepper -Hot sauce (Optional)

STEP 1

First, place the salmon skin side down on a greased baking sheet and season. Brush with oil and bake for 10 minutes at 425 degrees F. 

STEP 2

Next, flake the salmon and remove any bones. Then, mix it with the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl using your hands. 

STEP 3

Now, use an ice cream scoop to make patties the same size. Place them on a baking sheet or plate covered in parchment paper. 

STEP 4

Then, add oil to a skillet and cook the patties for 5 minutes. Flip gently and cook for another 4 or 5 minutes. Let them drain on paper towels before serving.
