Cheesy Rotisserie Chicken Casserole is a delicious way to use leftover chicken and make it taste even better than before.

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Diced rotisserie chicken or any leftover cooked chicken -Shredded cheddar cheese -Cream of mushroom soup -Cooked rice -Greek yogurt -Slivered almonds -Crushed cornflakes -Diced celery -Melted butter -Italian herbs -Salt -Black pepper

STEP 1

First, preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9x13 baking dish. Then, stir everything except cornflakes and butter in a mixing bowl.

STEP 2

Now, add the cheesy chicken mixture to your prepared dish and spread evenly.

Next, crush cornflakes in a baggie or on a cutting board and sprinkle them on top of the casserole. 

STEP 4

After, drizzle the melted butter on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
