For this recipe you need: -Raw pumpkin seeds -Fine sea salt -Olive oil -Chili powder -Curry powder -Garlic powder -Cinnamon -Cayenne pepper

STEP 1

First, preheat oven and prep baking sheet. Then, clean pumpkin seeds, boil them for 5 minutes, and then drain well. 

STEP 2

Now, scatter seeds onto paper towels and pat them until they are very dry. Add seasonings, spices, and oil and toss to mix. 

STEP 3

After, bake for 15 to 25 minutes until they are gold around the edges. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with more salt before serving.
