For this recipe you need: -Pumpkin puree -Elbow macaroni -All-purpose flour -Milk -Unsalted butter -Chicken broth -Heavy cream -Sharp cheddar cheese -Parmesan cheese -Tabasco sauce -Garlic powder -Onion powder -Dry mustard -Nutmeg -Cinnamon -Salt -Ground black pepper

STEP 1

After cooking pasta, melt butter in a large pan and whisk in flour. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Then, add broth, cream, and milk, whisking until smooth. 

STEP 2

Next, add the pumpkin puree, hot sauce, and all the seasonings. Stir well and let it come to a boil. Then, let it boil for one minute while whisking. 

STEP 3

Finally, remove the pot from the heat and add the cheese. Whisk until the cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in pasta, season, and serve.
