This moist Pumpkin Focaccia is slightly sweet with pumpkin puree, dried cranberries, and crunchy pumpkin seeds on top. 

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Pumpkin puree -Dried cranberries -Olive oil -All-purpose flour -Instant yeast -White granulated sugar -Kosher salt -Warm water For the garnish: -Pumpkin seeds -Fresh rosemary -Kosher salt

STEP 1

First, grease a baking sheet with butter and 2 tablespoons of oil. Then, whisk flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a large bowl. 

STEP 2

Now, add two tablespoons of olive oil and the warm water to the bowl and stir until combined.

STEP 3

After, mix in the dried cranberries and pumpkin. Then, put the dough in the pan and stretch to fit. Cover and let it rise for 1 to 2 hours.

STEP 4

Preheat oven to 425 F and poke holes in the dough. Sprinkle on the oil, salt, seeds, and rosemary. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes and serve warm with olive oil.
