For this recipe you need: -Cold brewed espresso -Vanilla or chocolate protein powder -Melted chocolate -Powdered sugar -Milk -Heavy cream

First, pour cold heavy cream in a chilled bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

STEP 2

Next, mix cooled melted chocolate, milk, protein powder, and powdered sugar in a separate large bowl. Stir until it is thoroughly mixed.

Now, fold the whipped cream into the coffee mixture. Whisk gently until it is completely combined. 

STEP 4

Finally, pour mousse into serving bowls and chill for two to three hours. Serve with coffee beans and chocolate shavings on top.
