For this recipe you need: -Ground beef -Pineapple chunks -Red bell pepper chunks -Chopped roasted peanuts -Lime juice -Thai chili sauce -Tamari or soy sauce -Sesame seeds -Chopped green onions -Minced garlic cloves -Chili flakes -Unsalted butter -Black pepper -Chopped cilantro -Thai basil -Grated ginger

STEP 1

First, heat up a skillet and cook beef, pepper, and chili flakes for 5 minutes or until brown. Then, add butter, ginger, and garlic. Cook for 2 more minutes. 

STEP 2

Next, add the bell pepper, one cup of pineapple chunks, chili sauce, and soy sauce. Heat for another 2 to 3 minutes until the beef is coated. 

STEP 3

After, mix in the sesame seeds and green onions. Then, remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.

STEP 4

Last, mix the remaining pineapple chunks with cilantro, basil, lime juice, and peanuts. Then add it to the beef mixture and stir well before serving.
