To make this recipe, you need:-Sliced peaches-Unflavored gelatin-Heavy whipping cream-Water-Peach juice-Granulated sugar-Lemon juice-Vanilla extract-Powdered sugarFor garnish:-Fresh peaches-Powdered sugar-Heavy whipping cream

First, mix the gelatin, juice, and water in a small bowl and let it set for 5 minutes until it blooms. If it does not bloom, repeat the process.

Then, chop the peaches and add them to a large bowl with 4 tablespoons of sugar. Let it set for 5 to 10 minutes.

Put peaches into a food processor and blend until it is smooth. Then, whip the powdered sugar, juice, vanilla, and whipping cream in a different bowl until it forms stiff peaks.
Step 4
Stir the gelatin mix before melting it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then, pour it into the peaches and stir well before you fold in the whipped cream.
Step 5
Chop the other peaches and sprinkle with sugar. Let them sit for 10 minute before putting some in the bottom of a glass. Top with the mousse and chill for 4 hours before serving with garnish.
