For this recipe you need: -Cauliflower florets -Good bread -Sliced garlic cloves -Extra virgin olive oil -Capers -Soaked raisins -Pomegranate arils -Chopped parsley -Sliced radishes -Chopped red chiles -Feta crumbs -Lemon juice -Balsamic vinegar -Salt -Pepper

STEP 1

First, blanch or steam the cauliflower until it is tender. Then, set it aside. 

STEP 2

Next, cut bread into cubes and fry over medium heat until golden, about 5 minutes. Add garlic and chiles. Saute for 2 minutes.

STEP 3

Now, mix raisins, parsley, capers, and the bread mixture in a large bowl until thoroughly combined. 

STEP 4 

Then, fry the cauliflower florets in oil on high until they are golden. This takes about 4 or 5 minutes. 

STEP 5 

Last, put everything into one bowl with the radish, feta, vinegar, lemon juice, and oil. Toss and then season before serving.
