Remember those orange creamsicles you used to get from the ice cream truck? Now you can make them in a pie! Try this recipe for a creamy orange dessert everyone will love.

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Heavy whipping cream -Graham cracker pie crust -Orange gel food coloring -Orange preserves or jam -Cream cheese -Sweetened condensed milk -Powdered sugar For the topping: -Orange Jell-O mix -All-purpose flour -Vanilla extract -White granulated sugar -Unsalted butter

STEP 1

First, stir together gelatin, half the flour, and butter to make fine crumbles. In another bowl, mix together the rest of the crumble ingredients.

STEP 2

Now, sprinkle orange and vanilla crumbles on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Then, toss to combine and bake at 350 F for 7 to 8 minutes.

STEP 3

Mix heavy whipping cream and powdered sugar until you have stiff peaks. Chill for 30 minutes. In a different bowl, beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, and orange preserves. 

STEP 4

After, add this mixture with the cold cream and fold until well combined. Add orange food coloring and stir until the mixture is the shade you like. 

STEP 5

Now, spoon the filling into the pie crust and freeze for 6 to 8 hours. Then, remove and let it thaw before topping with crumbles to serve.
