Here's What You Need
For the sauce: -Large lemon-Large orange-Honey-Garlic powder-Onion powder-Minced garlic cloves-Olive oil-SaltFor garnish:-Green olives-Red olives-Fresh rosemary sticks
STEP 1
First, prep the fruits and veggies and set them aside. Then, zest and juice the lemon and orange, adding it all to a medium bowl.
STEP 2
Now, add the honey, onion powder, garlic powder, and olive oil to the bowl with the juice and zest. Whisk and add salt to taste.

Next, season the chicken with salt and pepper. Then, dip each piece into the sauce, shake off the excess, and put it onto a greased pan. Repeat with the rest of the chicken thighs.
STEP 4
After, add the veggies and fruits to the pan and drizzle the remaining sauce over the chicken. Top with rosemary and cover with foil. Bake for 20 minutes.
STEP 5
Remove the foil and bake for another 30 minutes, rotating pan after 15 minutes. Drain some of the juice and serve with olives and fresh rosemary.
