One-pan meals are great for busy weeknights or casual dinners. This Creamy Tuscan Orzo is easy to make and packed with flavors. 

Here's What You Need

To make Creamy Tuscan Orzo, you will need: -Dry orzo -Unsalted butter -Tomato paste -Low sodium broth -Dried Italian herbs -Half and half -Sun-dried tomatoes -Fresh baby spinach -Kosher salt -Ground black pepper -Parmesan cheese -Minced garlic cloves

STEP 1

First, melt the butter in a large deep skillet or pan over medium heat. Then, add the minced garlic and orzo. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes. 

STEP 2

Now, add the tomato paste and Italian herbs. Stir well and continue to cook for one minute. Add the half and half, broth, salt, pepper, and sun-dried tomatoes and stir until it is all combined. 

STEP 3

Turn up the heat to medium high and bring it to a boil. Then, turn it back to medium low and simmer for 12 to 15 minutes, until the orzo is tender and the liquid is gone.

STEP 4

Carefully fold in the spinach and the parmesan cheese. Stir and cook on medium low until the spinach is wilted, about 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and season with salt, pepper, and parmesan before serving.
