If you like pineapples, you need to give this recipe a try. The cream cheese and whipped cream pineapple coconut filling is incredible! 

Here's What You Need

For the crust and topping, you need: -Finely chopped pecans -Graham cracker crumbs -Melted unsalted butter For the filling: -Crushed pineapples -Whipped cream -Cream cheese -Butter -Powdered sugar -Shredded coconut -Coconut extract -Lime juice -Lime zest

STEP 1

To make the crust, mix all crust ingredients in a large bowl. Use 2 cups to press into the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish and let it chill for 15 minutes. 

STEP 2

Then, beat the butter and cream cheese until creamy. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth. Add a heaping tablespoon of pineapples, coconut extract, lime zest, and juice. 

Step 3

After, spread the cream cheese mixture on the crust. Then, mix the whipped cream, pineapple, and coconut. Stir until completely mixed. 

Step 4

Spread the whipped topping on the cream cheese layer gently. Then, sprinkle the rest of the graham crackers on top and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
