Everyone will love this unique cheesecake. It has a sweet and rich filling topped with Biscoff spread and whipped cream on a cookie crust.

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Cream cheese -Biscoff spread -Whipped cream -Vanilla extract -Lemon juice For the crust: -Biscoff cookie crumbs -Melted unsalted butter For the topping: -Biscoff spread -Biscoff cookies -Whipped cream -Caramel sauce (optional)

STEP 1

First, line a springform pan with baking paper. Then, grind biscuits into crumbs with a food processor.  Add melted butter and mix.

STEP 2

Now, pour crust mixture into the pan and press it into the bottom and up the sides. Chill for at least one hour or overnight.

STEP 3

After, melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave. Beat cream cheese and lemon juice in a large bowl until creamy. Then, add the spread and vanilla and beat well. 

STEP 4

Next, whip the cream into soft peaks. Fold it into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula and spread it evenly onto the crust. Chill for at least 6 hours.

STEP 5

Then, melt the Biscoff spread and pour it onto the cheesecake, spreading quickly before it sets. Let some drip down the sides.

STEP 6

You can also add whipped cream roses, caramel sauce, cookies, and crumbs on top before serving.
