Here's What You Need

First, roast the pepper on a grill, broiler, or on the stove. After, put it in a sealed container for 10 minutes. Then, peel, core, seed, and chop the pepper and put it in a large bowl.

Next, oil the feta and grill it until it is lightly charred. Set aside to cool while you mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Chill until ready to use.
