Here's What You Need

For this Matcha Chia Pudding recipe, you will need: -Matcha powder -Chia Seeds -Non-dairy milk like coconut milk -Sweetener like maple syrup, honey, or agave For the toppings: -Whipped cream -Shaved chocolate -Berries -Bananas

STEP 1

First, pour matcha powder, chia seeds, non-dairy milk, and maple syrup in a medium sized bowl. Whisk well until thoroughly mixed. 

STEP 2

After, let the pudding sit for 10 minutes before whisking it again to make sure there are no clumps of matcha left stuck together.

STEP 3

Fill jars or cups with pudding and chill for at least two hours or overnight. Add toppings before serving chilled.
