First, mix salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Pat the chicken dry and season it on both sides.

Then, mix the cornstarch and chicken broth until no lumps remain. Pour slurry into the bottom of your slow cooker and whisk in the cream and rest of the seasonings.

Now, place your seared chicken in the slow cooker. Add juice from the frying pan and stir well.

After, add the tomatoes and corn together on top of the chicken and cover the pot. Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Next, put the chicken on a plate and mix the parmesan cheese into the sauce. Stir until combined.

Last, put the chicken back into the slow cooker and stir to cover with sauce and basil. Turn off the heat and serve right away.
