Maple Syrup Salmon Recipe

With just a handful of ingredients and less than an hour, you can have a sweet and savory salmon dinner on the table. 

Here's What You Need

To make this Maple Syrup Salmon, all you need is: Salmon Maple syrup Minced garlic cloves Whole grain mustard Soy sauce Kosher salt Black pepper

STEP 1

To start, fist mix the minced garlic, mustard, soy sauce, and maple syrup in a medium bowl. Combine until the ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.

STEP 2

Then, put the fish in a shallow baking dish and pour the maple syrup marinade all over it. Make sure to distribute it evenly. Cover and let it marinate in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes, turning halfway. 

Step 3

In the meantime, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. When you are ready to cook, flip salmon again with the skin facing down and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. The internal temp should be 125 to 135 degrees F. Take the pan out and spoon the glaze on top before serving.
