This creamy Limoncello is slightly boozy and completely delicious with lemon curd cream and soft ladyfinger cookies. 

Here's What You Need

For this recipe, you need: -Ladyfinger cookies -Lemon curd For the cream: -Instant vanilla pudding mix -Mascarpone cheese -Milk -Lemon curd -Powdered sugar -Lemon juice For dipping: -Limoncello -Lemon juice

STEP 1

To prepare, slice lemons in half and use a juicer to get fresh lemon juice. Then, mix instant pudding with milk for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.

STEP 2

Then, beat the powdered sugar and mascarpone until creamy. Add lemon juice and mix, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl. 

STEP 3

After, fold the pudding mixture into the mascarpone cream. Stir carefully with a rubber spatula until it is completely mixed. 

STEP 4

Next, dip the ladyfingers into the limoncello mixture and place them in the bottom of a 9x9 dish. Top with half of the cream mixture. Then repeat. 

STEP 5

Now, spread 1 1/2 cups of lemon curd on top of the cookies and spread evenly. Then, chill overnight in the fridge before serving with lemon slices for garnish.
