For this recipe, you need:-Ladyfinger cookies-Lemon curdFor the cream:-Instant vanilla pudding mix-Mascarpone cheese-Milk-Lemon curd-Powdered sugar-Lemon juiceFor dipping:-Limoncello-Lemon juice
STEP 1
To prepare, slice lemons in half and use a juicer to get fresh lemon juice. Then, mix instant pudding with milk for 5 minutes or until thick and creamy.

Then, beat the powdered sugar and mascarpone until creamy. Add lemon juice and mix, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl.

After, fold the pudding mixture into the mascarpone cream. Stir carefully with a rubber spatula until it is completely mixed.

Next, dip the ladyfingers into the limoncello mixture and place them in the bottom of a 9x9 dish. Top with half of the cream mixture. Then repeat.

Now, spread 1 1/2 cups of lemon curd on top of the cookies and spread evenly. Then, chill overnight in the fridge before serving with lemon slices for garnish.
