For this easy Lemon Earthquake Cake, all you need is: -Lemon cake mix -Cream cheese -Macadamia nuts -White chocolate chips -Sweetened shredded coconut -Unsalted butter -Vanilla extract -Powdered sugar -Kosher salt -Whipped cream for serving

STEP 1

To begin, set oven on 350 degrees F and spray a cake pan with cooking spray. Then, make the lemon cake batter in a large bowl by using the directions on the box and set it aside.

STEP 2

Mix the nuts and coconut flakes in a bowl and spread the mixture into the bottom of your prepared cake pan. Pour on the lemon cake batter and spread it evenly. Set it to the side.

STEP 3
