For the sauce: -Granulated white sugar -Minced garlic -Cornstarch -Rice wine -Chili paste -Soy sauce -Low sodium chicken broth -Red pepper flakes -Sesame oil -Oyster sauce -Minced ginger

STEP 1

Stir cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Then, add chicken pieces and toss to coat well. 

STEP 2

Then, brown chicken in a pan of hot oil, cooking in batches. While it cooks, whisk the sauce ingredients in a small bowl. 

STEP 3

Next, pour a bit more oil in the pan and add the vegetables. Cook them for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.

STEP 4

After, put chicken back in the pan and add sauce. Stir well to coat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve with sesame seeds and green onions.
