For this recipe, you need: -Cherry or Roma tomatoes -Canned diced tomatoes -Chopped red onion -Chopped green onions -Seeded jalapeno -Seeded red chili pepper -Fresh cilantro -Chopped garlic -Fresh lime juice -Lime zest -Chili powder -Ground cumin -Salt -Pepper

STEP 1

To begin, prep your veggies by rinsing and chopping them as directed. Then, add it all to a food processor and pulse. 

STEP 2

Be sure to check after each one-second pulse. You want the salsa to be finely chopped but still chunky. 

STEP 3

Garnish with lime wedges and parsley and serve with tortilla or corn chips. Store leftovers in the fridge for one week.
