Here's What You Need

All you need for this recipe is: -Sweet potatoes -Heavy cream -Light brown sugar -Kosher salt -Black pepper For the topping: -Macadamia nuts -Pecans -Melted butter -Light brown sugar -Mini marshmallows -Nutmeg -Cinnamon -All-purpose flour

STEP 1

First, peel and cut potatoes into slices and boil them for 3 to 4 minutes, until slightly soft. Drain and let them dry on paper towels.

STEP 2

Next, place potatoes in a baking dish and set aside. Then, boil cream before adding brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until thick.

STEP 3

After, pour cream onto potatoes and chill until ready to bake. When ready bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. 

STEP 4

Meanwhile, mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl. Uncover potatoes and sprinkle on top before baking for another 15 minutes. 

STEP 5

Last, sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
