All you need for this recipe is:-Sweet potatoes-Heavy cream-Light brown sugar-Kosher salt-Black pepperFor the topping:-Macadamia nuts-Pecans-Melted butter-Light brown sugar-Mini marshmallows-Nutmeg-Cinnamon-All-purpose flour
First, peel and cut potatoes into slices and boil them for 3 to 4 minutes, until slightly soft. Drain and let them dry on paper towels.
Next, place potatoes in a baking dish and set aside. Then, boil cream before adding brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes until thick.
After, pour cream onto potatoes and chill until ready to bake. When ready bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the topping ingredients in a small bowl. Uncover potatoes and sprinkle on top before baking for another 15 minutes.
Last, sprinkle the mini marshmallows on top and broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
