Make a spooky pie for Halloween this year with just two ingredients. Decorate the face however you want for a delicious masterpiece.

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Refrigerated pie crust -Apple pie filling For the egg wash: -Milk -Brown sugar

STEP 1

First, preheat the oven to 375 F. Then, roll the dough on a lightly floured surface. Place crust in the bottom of a pie dish and pierce with a fork.  

STEP 2

Then, add the apple pie filling to the prepared crust and level it with an offset spatula. 

STEP 3

Afterward, roll out the second dough disk and cut out the eyes, nose and mouth as shown in the picture here. 

STEP 4

Next, place the spooky face pie crust on top of the apple pie filling. Pinch with your fingers or a fork to secure the ends. 

STEP 5 

Whisk the egg and milk and brush it onto the pie. Then, sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes and let it cool before serving.
