This versatile dish calls for your own favorite veggies to grill with our homemade marinade. You only need soy sauce, lemon, garlic, and some seasonings.

Here's What You Need

To make this recipe, you need: -Your favorite vegetables For the marinade: -Minced garlic -Olive oil -Soy sauce -Dried parsley -Dried basil -Italian seasoning -Lemon zest -Lemon juice -Salt -Pepper For the garnish: -Chopped parsley leaves -Chopped basil leaves -Lemon wedges

STEP 1

First, add the marinade ingredients to a large bowl and whisk thoroughly to combine well. 

STEP 2

Now, add the vegetables and toss to coat evenly. Cover and chill for 20 to 30 minutes but no longer than 2 hours. 

Step 3

Next, preheat your grill to medium high and place dense vegetables on first. Close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. 

Step 4

After, add the rest of the veggies to the grill and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 3 or 4 more minutes or until tender. Garnish and serve.
