This recipe is perfect for chocolate lovers who also love cheesecake. Made with delicious Godiva chocolate, cream cheese, and chocolate cookie crust. 

Here's What You Need

To make this recipe, you need: -Chocolate wafers -Melted butter -Granulated sugar For the cheesecake: -Cream cheese -Godiva 72% dark chocolate -Large eggs -Vanilla extract -Granulated sugar -Hot coffee -Salt For the ganache: -Heavy cream -Godiva dark chocolate For the whipped cream: -Heavy whipping cream -Granulated sugar -Vanilla extract

STEP 1

First, preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. Mix the crust ingredients and then firmly press into a springform pan. Put it in the fridge to chill.

STEP 2

Now, stir the salt, hot water, and coffee and set aside. Chop the chocolate and melt in the microwave. Then, beat the cream cheese and sugar before adding it and the eggs to the mix.  

Step 3

Next, add the coffee mixture and vanilla extract gradually. Beat on low speed for about 3 or 4 minutes, until it is soft and smooth.

Step 4

Then, add the melted chocolate and stir until it is thoroughly mixed. Pour on top of the crust and bake for 55 to 65 minutes. Let it cool completely on a wire rack. 

Step 5

To make the ganache, put half the chocolate in a bowl and pour boiling heavy cream on top, stirring until it is melted. Then add the rest of the chocolate and stir. Cool until thick and then spread it onto the cheesecake. 

Step 6

Last, mix chilled whipping cream from low to medium speed. Add vanilla and sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Top the cheesecake with whipped cream roses, chocolate, and berries.
