Garlic Butter Steak Bites

These delicious little steak bites make the perfect snack for game day or you can serve them on top of potatoes for a nice dinner. 

Here's What You Need

For this recipe, you need: -Chopped sirloin steak -Canola oil -Worcestershire sauce -Minced garlic -Unsalted butter -Chopped fresh parsley -Fresh rosemary sprigs -Red pepper flakes -Ground black pepper -Kosher salt

STEP 1

In a large skillet, heat oil to sizzling. Then, add the steak pieces. Season with salt and pepper and let them cook on high for 2-3 minutes WITHOUT stirring them. 

STEP 2

Stir and cook for 2 to 3 more minutes until they are golden brown. Do NOT overcrowd the steak. When finished, transfer to a plate and cover with foil. 

STEP 3

Now, add butter and turn the heat down to medium. After it melts, add the red pepper, garlic, and rosemary. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring frequently

STEP 4

Now, add Worcestershire sauce and stir. Discard the rosemary sprigs, pour the garlic butter over the steak, and toss to combine. Garnish with parsley and serve with mashed potatoes.
