To make Greek Salmon Salad you need: -Salmon -Dried oregano -Garlic powder -Olive oil -Kosher salt  -Black pepper For the salad: -Romaine lettuce -Cherry tomatoes -Red bell peppers -English cucumbers -Small red onion -Kalamata olives -Greek feta cheese

For the vinaigrette: -Large lemon -Red wine vinegar -Extra virgin olive oil -Honey -Garlic cloves -Mint leaves -Dried oregano -Sweet paprika

STEP 1

First, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and set your oven rack on the middle rack. Then, pat the salmon dry with paper towels and season with oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. 

STEP 2

Now, place the salmon in a lightly oiled pan and brush it with the extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 425 degrees F for eight to 12 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork. 

STEP 3

As the fish cooks, prepare the salad by washing, chopping, and slicing the ingredients. Then, put it all in a bowl except for the feta cheese. 

STEP 4

Next, put all the vinaigrette ingredients in a food processor with a blade and blend until it is smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Pour half of the dressing on the salad, add feta, and toss. Finally, add the salmon and the rest of the vinaigrette before serving.
