For this recipe, you need:-Salmon fillets-Honey-Soy sauce-Minced garlic-White miso paste-Lime juice-Lime zest-Olive oil-Basmati riceFor coconut cucumber salad:-Sliced English cucumber-Yellow corn-Diced green onions-Sliced radishes
STEP 1
First, mix lime zest, juice, garlic, oil, miso paste, honey, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Pour 3/4 of it into a shallow dish and soak salmon for 15 to 20 minutes.

Next, mix all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and stir until it is well combined. Then, taste and season with salt.
Step 3
Now, preheat broiler and move rack to upper slot. Place the salmon fillets skin side down and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 4
Brush salmon with the rest of the sauce and place it on top of the rice bowls with the creamy cucumber salad. Arrange the avocado on top and serve.
