To make Creamy Garlic Pork Chops, you need: -Baby bella mushrooms -Bone-in pork chops -Heavy cream -Minced garlic cloves -Freshly grated parmesan -Lemon zest -Smoked paprika -Crushed red pepper flakes -Extra-virgin olive oil -Kosher salt -Freshly ground black pepper

STEP 1

First, pat dry your pork chops with a paper towel before seasoning with salt and pepper all over. Then, heat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. When hot, add the chops and simmer until they are cooked through and golden brown. 

STEP 2

Now, cook the mushrooms for about five minutes, stirring occasionally until soft. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute. Then, pour in the cream, red pepper, lemon zest, paprika, oregano, and parmesan cheese. 

STEP 3

Cook until the sauce is thickened, about two or three minutes. Add spinach and cook about two minutes or until it wilts. Finally, put the pork chops back in the pan and cook for another five to seven minutes, until heated through before serving.
