Here's What You Need

For this recipe, you need: -Chicken breasts -Sweet chili sauce -Barbecue sauce -Apple cider vinegar -Brown sugar -Salt and pepper For the sauce: -Minced garlic -Large lemon for juice and zest -Jalapeno -Extra virgin olive oil -Cilantro -Parsley -Red pepper flakes -Italian seasoning -Salt

STEP 1

First, add all the sauce ingredients to a food processor and mix on low for 1 to 2 minutes. You want it to still have some texture. 

STEP 2

Then, whisk the vinegar, brown sugar, chili sauce, and barbecue sauce in a medium bowl until it is completely combined. 

STEP 3

After, preheat the grill to medium and oil the grates. Dry the chicken with paper towels and season them with salt and pepper all over. 

STEP 4

Now, place chicken on the grill and baste with sauce. Close the lid and cook for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until a meat thermometer reads 155 degrees F.

STEP 5

Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then, top it with warmed chimichurri sauce and serve.
