For this recipe you need: -Pasta -Pasta water or chicken stock -Sliced chicken breast -Mozzarella cheese -Heavy cream -Minced garlic cloves -Olive oil -Chopped sun-dried tomatoes -Red pepper flakes -Dried basil -Sweet paprika -Salt For garnish: -Fresh basil

STEP 1

Cook pasta and save one cup of the water. Then, saute the tomatoes, red pepper flakes, basil, and minced garlic for one minute.

STEP 2

Remove the tomatoes and set them aside. Season chicken with paprika and salt and add it to the pan. 

STEP 3

Cook the chicken for 2 minutes, tossing to brown all sides. Then, add the sun-dried tomatoes back to the skillet.

STEP 4

After, add the cheese and cream. Gently stir over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until the cheese melts. 

STEP 5 

Finally, add the pasta back to the pan and stir to combine. Add pasta water to thin the sauce if needed and then serve with fresh basil.
