For this recipe you need:-Jumbo shells-Shredded cooked chicken-Ricotta cheese-Softened cream cheese-Grated parmesan cheese-Shredded mozzarella cheese-Chopped fresh spinach-Alfredo sauce-Sour cream-Dried basil-Dried parsley
STEP 1
First, cook shells al dente while you mix ricotta, chicken, cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream, one cup mozzarella, spinach, parsley, and basil in a large bowl.
STEP 2
Drain and stuff pasta shells with cheese mixture and put them in your prepared baking dish. Spread alfredo sauce on top of the shells.
STEP 3
Now, top the whole thing with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let it cool and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
