For this recipe you need:-Manicotti noodles-Shredded rotisserie chicken-Ricotta cheese-Parmesan Cheese-Italian blend cheese-Egg-Alfredo sauce-Spinach-Fresh parsley
STEP 1
First, preheat oven to 375 F and bring a large pot of salted water to boil. Cook the manicotti al dente, drain, and set it aside.

Now, add oil to a small skillet on medium heat. Cook the spinach until wilted and then chop it.
STEP 3
After, add the ricotta, parmesan, and Italian cheese to a large bowl with the egg, spinach, and shredded chicken. Mix well.
STEP 4
Next, spoon the spinach mixture into a piping bag or large baggie with the corner cut off. Then, pour 1 cup of alfredo sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
STEP 5
Squeeze the spinach filling into the manicotti and place them in the baking dish on top of the alfredo sauce.
STEP 6
Pour remaining sauce on top and then sprinkle on the cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Then, cool for 10 minutes, garnish, and serve.
