For this recipe you need: -Pie shell -Cornmeal -White vinegar -Vanilla extract -Buttermilk -Egg yolk -Eggs -Brown sugar -Granulated white sugar -Unsalted butter

STEP 1

First, preheat oven to 425F. In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Then, beat in the eggs one at a time.

STEP 2

Now, add the buttermilk, vanilla, egg yolk, cornmeal, and vinegar. Beat on medium-low until well-combined and smooth. 

STEP 3

Next, pour the mixture into your pie shell and bake for 10 minutes. Then, lower the oven to 300 and bake for another 40 minutes. Cool and serve.
