To make this recipe, you need:-Boneless pork chops-Fresh lime juice-Soy sauce-Minced garlic-Frozen cherries-Brown sugar-Balsamic vinegar-Unsalted butter-Salt and pepper
STEP 1
First, pat the pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Then, melt butter in a skillet and sear the meat on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes.

Set the chops aside and add the brown sugar to the pan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring continuously until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
