You can have these sweet and tangy Cherry Pork Chops ready in 30 minutes. They go with any side dish so make them for dinner tonight. 

Here's What You Need

To make this recipe, you need: -Boneless pork chops -Fresh lime juice -Soy sauce -Minced garlic -Frozen cherries -Brown sugar -Balsamic vinegar -Unsalted butter -Salt and pepper

STEP 1

First, pat the pork chops dry and season with salt and pepper. Then, melt butter in a skillet and sear the meat on both sides for 3 to 4 minutes. 

STEP 2

Set the chops aside and add the brown sugar to the pan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring continuously until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes. 

Step 3

Put the pork chops back in the pan and let them cook for a few more minutes, spooning sauce on top, until they are 145 degrees F. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
