STEP 1

To begin, preheat oven to 350 and combine the rub ingredients in a small bowl. Pat the meat dry and rub the mixture into them all over. 

STEP 2

To sear, place an oiled skillet on medium heat until the oil is hot. Then, add the chops to the pan and brown on both sides. You may have to cook in batches.

Step 3

Next, stir the sauce ingredients well and place your chops in a baking pan before covering with the sauce. Add rosemary if you are using it.

Step 4

Bake the pork chops for 25 to 30 minutes or until they are done. They should read 145 degrees F on a meat thermometer when finished.
