For this recipe you need: -Blueberries -Granulated white sugar -Brown sugar -Lemon zest -Lemon juice,  -Butter -Vanilla extract -Cornstarch -Salt -Cold water

STEP 1

First, heat both sugars, salt, cold water, and cornstarch in a large saucepan over medium heat until it is smooth.

STEP 2

Now, add the lemon zest and blueberries. Bring it to a boil, stirring frequently, for five minutes or until it is thick and bubbly. 

STEP 3

Immediately, remove it from the heat and add in the vanilla, lemon juice, and butter, stirring constantly, until the butter melts. 

STEP 4

Finally, let the mixture cool completely before pouring it into a glass jar. Now, you can store it or use it for blueberry pie or another tasty treat.
