You cannot beat the gelling properties of chia seeds and they are so good for you too! This easy recipe is perfect for summer!

Here's What You Need

For this recipe you need: -Mangoes -Chia seeds -Coconut milk -Maple syrup -Vanilla extract For the toppings: -Berries -Granola -Slivered almonds -Chopped mango -Coconut flakes

STEP 1

To begin, mix the pudding ingredients well in a medium bowl. Make sure they do not clump together. Chill for up to 12 hours. 

STEP 2

Peel the mango and put the flesh in a high powered blender. Mix until smooth and pour into two jars. 

STEP 3

Last, top the mango with chia pudding mixture and serve with berries, slivered almonds, coconut, granola, and chopped mango.
