STEP 1

First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prep a large cake pan. Then, chop the apples and set them aside. 

STEP 2

Now, mix all of the streusel ingredients in a large bowl. Stir them until everything is well blended and then set it aside.

STEP 3

Next, use a mixer to whisk the eggs and sugar for 1 to 2 minutes. Add melted butter and milk and whisk on low until just combined.

STEP 4

After, add the dry ingredients and mix on the lowest speed until just combined. Then, pour batter into the prepared pan. 

STEP 5

Finally, top batter with apples and then crumble the streusel on top. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes and cool before serving.
