Here's What You Need

STEP 1
First, wrap a springform pan with foil. Then, mix the graham crackers in a small bowl with the butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg. After, press it into the bottom of the pan.

Now, beat the cream cheese on medium for 3 to 4 minutes. Then, add the sugars, vanilla, eggs, and cinnamon and beat for another few minutes.

Next, add the dulce de lech and mix for another minute before pouring the cheesecake batter into the pan.

After, put the pan in a baking dish of water and bake for 2 hours or until it is set and the top is slightly brown. Open the door a crack to cool for one hour. Remove and cool to room temperature before chilling.

Now, simmer apples over medium heat with the water, sugars, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Let them cook for 20 minutes and then let it cool before chilling.

Last, mix the whipped cream ingredients on high for 4 to 5 minutes and then pipe the cream around the edges. Fill middle with apple filling and drizzle caramel sauce on top.
