For the maple glaze, you will need:-Milk-Maple syrup-Vanilla or maple extract-Confectioners' sugar
First, put the diced apples in a large bowl. Then, add the lemon zest and lemon juice. Toss until thoroughly coated.
Now, whisk the eggs in a different large bowl. Then, add in the butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk together until fully combined.
In a medium bowl, mix all the dry ingredients including the ginger, nutmeg, salt, cinnamon, baking powder, sugar, and flour.
After, add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients. Mix well until you get a loose dough. Then, fold in the apples with a rubber spatula
