For these Air Fryer Pork Ribs, you need:-Baby back pork ribs-Barbecue sauceFor the rub:-White pepper-Onion powder-Salt-Smoked paprika-Garlic powder-Brown sugar
STEP 1
To begin, mix brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, onion powder, and white pepper in a small bowl. Then, pat the ribs dry and spread the rub all over the meat on both sides.
STEP 2
Now, preheat your air fryer to 380 degrees F and cut the rack of ribs into smaller sections to fit inside the air fryer basket. Place ribs in the basket in one layer meat side down.
STEP 3
After 20 minutes, use tongs to flip the ribs over and cook for 10 more minutes. After, slather with the barbecue sauce and fry for 5 more minutes. Let ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
