These Air Fryer Peach Hand Pies are great for breakfast on the go or an afterschool snack. They are perfect for little hands to hold without being too messy.
All you need for these Peach Hand Pies are:-Refrigerator pie crusts-Peach pie filling-Large egg-White granulated sugar-Water-Cooking spray
STEP 1
Roll out the dough on a lightly floured counter and use a cookie cutter to cut five-inch circles. Add two tablespoons of filling to the center leaving a 1/2 inch border.
STEP 2
Then, dip a finger in water and run it around the edge of the crust. Fold it in half to make a half-moon shape. Crimp the edges together with a fork. Continue with the other pies.
Step 3
Now, mix the water and egg in a small bowl, whisking vigorously. Brush the top of each pie with the egg mixture using a pastry brush. Sprinkle with sugar and make three cuts in the top to release the steam.
Step 4
Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F and spray the basket with oil. Place pies in a single layer without touching and fry for 10 minutes until golden brown. Then remove and serve warm.
