Here's What You Need

For this recipe, you need: -Ripe, firm bananas -Fresh lemon juice -Olive oil -Brown sugar -Salt -Black pepper

STEP 1

To begin, preheat air fryer and slice peeled bananas into quarter-inch pieces. Place them in a large bowl as you go. 

STEP 2

Next, add lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to the bowl and toss gently. Make sure all banana chips are coated.

Step 3

Lastly, place banana chips in the air fryer in a single layer and spritz lightly with olive oil. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes or until crispy and brown.
