All you need for this Chocolate Flan is: For the flan layer: -Eggs -Sweetened condensed milk -Evaporated milk -Heavy cream -Cream cheese -Vanilla extract For the cake layer: -Chocolate cake mix -Ingredients listed on box For the caramel layer: -White granulated sugar

STEP 1

First, stir sugar in a non-stick pan for five minutes on medium heat until the caramel sauce forms. Pour it into the bottom of a greased bundt pan and let it cool.

STEP 2

Mix the flan ingredients in a blender until smooth before pouring it on top of the flan layer. Cover with foil and bake in a casserole dish filled with boiling water for 35 minutes.

STEP 3

Make the chocolate cake and pour the batter on top of the partially cooked flan. Smooth with a spatula and bake for 40 minutes. Let it cool for an hour on a wire rack and then in the fridge for one hour before slicing and serving.
