I have a great collection of personal tried-and-true soup recipes that always get rave reviews and you can make in your Instant Pot ! Regardless of what you are looking for: a veggie packed soup, or a cheesy and meaty one, I got you covered. The below recipes are easy to follow and the soups taste amazing!

The best part about Instant Pot soups is that they usually take about 30 minutes to make. They only take a few minutes to cook, so you spend most of the time either prepping the ingredients or waiting for the Instant Pot to come to pressure. Its important to keep in mind, that when you cook Instant Pot Soups you should always do a Natural Pressure Release for at least a few minutes. Otherwise the liquid may shout through the valve.

These soups all sound crazy good! I am behind on making soups this winter. I'll have to choose a couple and make up a big batch so I can freeze the leftovers.

This is a great post for this time of year! I haven't made vegetable soup in a long time and the Weight Loss Soup and Minestrone looks wonderful! I've been looking for a good Minestrone soup recipe for a long time. I'd like to find one that is close to what they serve at Olive Garden because it is so good!!

I have had my instant pot for over a year now and never thought to make soup. I have always been a little scared to try to make homemade soup. I just might try your tomato soup recipe, it will be perfect with my bacon grilled cheese sandwiches.

Your soup recipes are so wonderful! They have made me very confident to cook in my Instant Pot. We loved the flavors in the taco and stuffed pepper soups. Ready to try the chicken noodle. Thanks for all the great inspiration!I do have one question: What can be subbed (or can it be left out) for celery? I have a relative who is highly allergic to this veggie and "natural flavors" (when listed on labels since celery salt or powder can be classified as a natural flavor). Are there more recipes that don't use tomatoes? Sometimes have a reaction to the acid.I am married to a very picky eater but your recipes for soup have won him over!

Hi Patty - I am so happy that you are enjoying these recipes :) makes my heart melt! Celery is always optional, you can totally skip it altogether or replace it with other veggies like: cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, and even bok choy. When it comes to the tomatoes, if its a tomato based recipe, its harder to skip and have the same taste. If its just adding some tomato paste, you can always omit that. I will be posting an Instant Pot Broccoli Soup this week, that is tomato free and omg so good :)
